Shipping & Delivery
Most products are in inventory and shipped within 1 business day after receipt of an order. Specific shipping dates cannot be guaranteed. Shipping options are selectable at checkout. Before acceptance, the extent of any damage should be noted on the bill of lading. We obtain shipping costs directly from the carrier based upon delivery location and weight. There is also a small handling charge included to cover the cost of the packaging material.
Returns & Replacements

15 day satisfaction guarantee
Returned goods will not be accepted without an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number from SIBI and must be shipped freight prepaid to SIBI. Products must be returned within (15) days of receipt and are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

1 year warranty
SIBI provides a one year warranty from date of delivery to the original purchaser covering defects in materials. This warranty is limited to the cost of the products and does not include neglect, misuse, equipment or alterations by the consumer. SIBI, at its option, may replace or repair defective products. Returned products must be approved by SIBI and shipped freight prepaid to SIBI.
