"Purposes of the Course:
A. To give a general idea of the content and purpose of each of the synoptic gospels.
B. To give a general concept of the similarities and the differences found in the contents of the synoptic gospels.
C.To familiarize the student generally with the chronology of Jesus' life from birth to death with special emphasis on his personal ministry.
D. To briefly acquaint the student with prophecies of the Christ and their fulfilment in Jesus of Nazareth.
E. To study events in the life of Jesus such as his birth, temptation, death, etc., and to show what bearing they have on man's salvation.
F. To discuss the meaning of such terms and topics as Messiah, Christ, the diety of Jesus, Jesus as a prophet, priest, and king, etc. and the significance of each in the plan of God.
G. To study the purpose and effect of the miracles of Jesus.
H To familiarize the student with the teachings of Jesus as found in His discources and parables."
