The basis for the "church growth" material outlines has been gleaned from books and materials by Christian Schwarz. The materials, including the cornerstone book, "Natural Church Development", were written in German but translated and distributed in English by Church Smart Resources of Carol Stream, IL. The principles are scriptural but are based on a world-wide survey of churches conducted a few years ago.
