How do we interact with culture in the church to ensure that we are not frozen in time? How do we stay firm to Scripture while addressing our culture? We must not simply move with culture and let culture dictate what we think, do, and promote in the church. Being totally fluid on all fronts is equal to having no form, structure, nor function apart from cultural. Nor must we be totally rigid on all fronts, i.e. frozen in time. In both cases, God-provided truth is a casualty.
There are six generations in today's congregations and they must understand each other for harmony.
