Thomas C. (Tom) Alexander, Ph.D., is a professor of Bible at Harding University where he has served since 1978. He has received degrees from Freed-Hardeman, Lipscomb and Harding universities and his doctorate from Emory University. He has preached for several congregations over the years and presently serves as an elder of the College Church of Christ in Searcy, Ark. Tom and his wife, Phyllis (Smith), have three children and nine grandchildren.
